    • Market and Show your Home

      Neel will list your home online to maximize exposure and prospective Buyers will request showings to tour your home.

    • The Offer and Negotiations

      Once the right Buyer is identified, they will submit an offer for your consideration. Neel will work on your behalf to negotiate with your best interest in mind.

    • Due Diligence

      Once an agreement is reached and the offer is accepted, you’re under contract! Based on the terms of the accepted agreement, the Buyer will have a limited timeframe to perform inspections, survey, and appraise your property.

    • Closing

      The Buyer will have a final walk-through. Then once all terms and conditions have been satisfied, congratulations, it’s closing time!
